Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full.

Product quality

Every product is sold to a 99%+ purity standard. If an independent laboratory reports purity below 99%, we refund the product in full. For any other quality concern, contact us within 7 days with the batch code.

No returns on opened products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened vials. Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging.

How refunds work

Refunds are issued back to your Instapay account, or arranged directly with you for cash orders. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.
