Delivery across Egypt
We deliver across all governorates of Egypt. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from when your payment is confirmed.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat 100 EGP per order across Egypt.
Payment confirmation
Orders ship only after payment is confirmed. For Instapay, we confirm your payment as soon as you send us the screenshot on WhatsApp.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordered products ship as soon as the batch arrives. You will be updated on WhatsApp with the estimated arrival and when your order ships.
Tracking
We send you tracking information on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Delivery issues
If your order does not arrive within the expected time, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase it immediately.
